Payment & Cancellation Policy
at Valle Del Maiz Center, San Miguel de Allende

Payment –

* One half the rent is due at time of acceptance.

* The remaining half – plus the security deposit - is due no less
than 30 days before occupancy.

* Full payment, including the security deposit, is due at acceptance
when less than 30 days remain before occupancy.

Cancellation –

* Cancellation thirty days or more before occupancy – full refund less $100. processing fee.

* Cancellation less than thirty days before occupancy – no refund unless we
find an alternate renter. If we do – full refund less $100. processing fee.

Unless bank-to-bank wire transfer has been arranged, payment should
be made by credit card, using the shopping cart at Dr. Sanford’s
Internet site – marriagesupport.com. Personal checks are not accepted.
