The rental rate for the main house (Cascada) with the one-bedroom / one-bath annex (sleeps seven) –

    One week $800. USD
    Two weeks $1280. (single-week rate less 20%)
    Three weeks $1680. single-week rate less 30%)
    Four weeks $1920. (single-week rate less 40%)

The rental rate for the studio (Deseo) (sleeps 4) –

    One week $500. USD
    Two weeks $800. (single-week rate less 20%)
    Three weeks $1050. (single-week rate less 30%)
    Four weeks $1200. (single-week rate less 40%)

The rental rate for both properties (sleeps 11) –

    One week $1200 USD
    Two weeks $1900

Please add to your rental payment a refundable security deposit equal to one week's rent ($800. for the main house, $500. for the studio.)

20% surcharge for the following weeks: Christmas, Easter, New Years, Sept. Running of the Bulls.
